Arcades are dead in the US, robot games don't sell in the US. Filthy Americans, keep it away from them.
In other words, don't ever expect to see this outside of Asia, so don't get excited.

NOT LISTENING LALALAAAA
Fortunately enough, we can all look to it like yet another unfulfilled dream. Like a real life, true to God Oratorio Tangram tournament.
I just need gameplay vids to wank off to, that's all.

They can allways change all the characters for "Transformers" to sell the game in America...

I suppose the robot designs could be better.

That's pretty much all the kids are playing these days. Monster Hunter is a goddamn phenomenon here.

Team-based gameplay seems to be all the rage these days, anyway. TF2 , L4D , RE5 , Resistance 2 has 8-player co-op...

I thought I read somewhere this was Sega's answer to that cockpit Gundam game? Here I was expecting it to be spherical but I guess they mean both have co-op aspects to them. Most of the mechs look a little to samey.
I'm not sure how many buttons there are or what all the stuff on the screen means, but it looks simplistic enough to be ported to PS3 and 360.

this game looks awesome and it's a original game? From Sega? That pretty much means there's like no chance this game will come out in the US. Weak.

Here are some more screenies and stuff.

Looks like this was the only interesting thing SEGA had to show at this year's AOU, and it looks like it outclassed all of the other companies' offerings, too.

Yeah, the customization aspect seems to be absent due to it being an arcade game, and even then the mechanic design is nothing to write home about.
Controls indeed seem rather simplistic.

Which one? Operation Moongate, Oratorio Tangram, Force, or Marz?
This, of course, will determine my level of enthusiasm.
And yes, I know Force is unlikely.

Since when is 1200 a bad price for a DC game? Same price as XBox titles.

That is not terrible at all, and I am now quite excited. Granted, it'd be better if I could somehow use the twin sticks, but alas, it is not to be.
