It is a good game but no online play sucks.

I'd rather read your own personal opinions than read that giant wall of text, if you please.

Infact, most of that giant wall of text was against forum policy and has been removed.

I wasn't interested in this until I heard it was from the Arcadia team. (But the character design still makes me nauseous.) Are there any changes to the US version? Voices or whatever?

It's dual audio, so you can choose between voice acting.

I know nothing else.

But you could've figured that out by reading the OP post, I guess.

The American voice acting is surprisingly competent. And it has John DiMaggio playing a really gay soldier.

I don't know if they changed anything else but you'd have to be a pedant to give a shit anyway. Oh wait.

Dual language options pleases me greatly. I think we're at a point where there's no excuse for that not to be standard. How about character name changes? Anything at all that might offend a pedant of my caliber?

Incidentally, how's Little Big Planet?

It's incredible.

(This video also doubles as a wholly accurate metaphor for the Sonic series as of late. Any game which enables you to make such poignant statements deserves Game of the Year status by default.)

LittleBigPlanet is great. Honestly, I've been playing the PS3 more than all other systems combined lately.

I would've picked it up by now if my PS3 wasn't 7000 miles away, but it should be en route to me along with the game as we speak.

"create.play.share. but only if we allow it."

So uh, which one of you dudes was flapping their lips about this game being amazing, again?

That doesn't make the game less awesome*, it makes the people in charge assholes.

*Having yet played it, I can not agree or disagree on it's awesomeness. My roommates seems to like it, though.

I was going to change your title to something about being a crybaby bitch but then I saw someone already beat me to it.

Stop ripping off other games' level designs and come up with something original! LBP is a great game, and a little bump in the road over some unoriginal user-created content (whether an 'homage' or not) is not going to diminish my enjoyment of this title.
That said, how long do you suppose it'll take for someone to set up an unofficial, unmoderated server?

Wow. I don't think anyone is going to think Sony made any of these levels, assuming this is on a user-content server. And I don't think they'd be mocking Sony or anything like that in the level, given what system it's on (though I know I could be wrong).

Penny-Arcade called this though, didn't they?

It's incredibly involved while being intuitive at the same time.

Thankfully, I got to play the Silent Hill 2 level before it disappeared...

FOREVER.
