Re: "Sonic Chronicles" trademarked by Sega
Why are they doing all this original artwork then putting Sonic X clipart into the game?

Oh yes, Sonic is a three-legged blue hedgehog with two butts.
The Tornado picture is really nice though!

I misremembered the art; it's the same poster. It's a bit big for a scan, but does anyone want a peek?cjmcray wrote:It featured Sonic Amy and Knuckles running away from a horde of Zoah, with Tails flying behind and looking upward.K2J wrote:A similar poster appeared in Nintendo Power. Does the not-map side have Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy on a purple-ish cliff looking upward?

Oh wow. They redrew the art to correct the proportions or whatever... then inked/coloured the "erased" pencils as well??!

With the confirmation that the Tornado will be in Sonic Unleashed, here is hoping that is that red one shown on that Brotherhood art.
Blue Tornado was too Blue so sonic blended in, not to mention the horrible grey mech-like Sonic X one, a Red Bi-plane really pops out and captures your imagination you know?

I like the Red tornado... who cares that knuckles is red, he isn't an important character since Sonic Adventure...

I knew it since day one, Since I love Knuckles this will be interesting, but it feels weird because Archie touched the subject years ago.

He looks kinda lame.
But hey, we saw an echidna shopkeeper ad some relics way back in one of those concept art pieces. I'm not surprised.
So, the Zoah are definitely echidnas then?

I think he looks cool. But it also looks like his beard is coming out of his mouth.

Goes to show that it was an inevitable subject, those echidnas are Mayans, they vanished and supposedly have an alliance with Aliens.

That echidna looks like he was based on both Zachary from the Fleetway comics and that other guy from the Archie comics.

Are we sure that's supposed to be an echidna?

Seeing that character has ominous glowing eyes, maybe he's really an alien who took the form of an echidna.

Am I the only one who can't see Adamis' pictures?

Re: "Sonic Chronicles" trademarked by Sega
At Wal*Mart today there a giant poster advertising Sonic Chronicles at the entrance, next to ads for Iron Man on DVD.
I thought it was kinda cool to see Sonic get some recognition. I thought giant chains like Wal*Mart would overlook Sonic in favor of Madden, Halo or Mario. He's definitely become less of an icon in recent years.
