Guess that Canadian!

My girlfriend's roommate is involved with a Canadian guy who posts a newspaper clip of himself(supposedly) on his instant messenger profile. He lives in Canada and wants her to come visit. When she asked to see his face on his web cam he never showed her and claims it's because she doesn't have one of her own to return the favor. I wander who he really is?

Hey, speaking of which, is Gibbs still scapegoating Canada for all the problems in his life?
