Right now Skies of Arcadia Legends is in my GC. I picked it up earlier today as it was only $20 and I missed it on DC.
As for Front Mission 3, I bought it when it was released. I played through it completely, and started a new game, but I lost interest and ended up selling it. It was fun while it lasted, though.

The game splits off into two different storylines depending on how you answer Ryogo's question at the very beginning of the game. Either you're with the Hua Lian rebels for a good portion of the game, or you work against them.Green Gibbon! wrote:Plus, I somehow managed to miss, like, all the women in the game. The characters you end up with apparently depend on the choices you make, and out of 8 characters I got only two chicks. The others were all sweaty bumblefudders I didn't care about. I really wanted that hot police chick.
Sounds like you got the Emma scenario.

Yeah, I think so. I was with the Hua Lian rebels, anyway. I was going to play it again with the new game plus and try to get more women, but that final battle is balls. I don't feel like levelling those four losers up.
So there are only two paths? I guess I can't get Yun on the other one? Yun is ridiculously cute. She was the only character I kind of almost gave a fuck about.
Plus, I don't think I want to work against the rebels. I lost track of what was going on about 10 hours ago, but aren't the rebels fighting to reinstate free enterprise after the takeover of the Chinese government by some corrupt socialist leader? Or something? Socialism isn't cool, but I want the women... now I'm so confused.
Ah, I'll never level those other jerkwads up anyway.

Saying "No" to Ryogo takes you through the Alisa campaign (yeah, you get her too). In the process you'll pick up aforementioned she-cop Miho, spoiled-richie Pham (w/personal butler) and tough cookie Xiao.
No Moneymaker.
The game makes it seem that no matter what side you're on, it appears to be the correct choice. It's been a few years since I've played, so the details are lost on me.

So it's all decided on whether you choose to accompany your friend in his errand? That seems kind of odd. You'd think they'd let you know you were making such a big decision. Something more obvious than: "Hey buddy, why don't you come drop this off with me?"
I bet Miho makes one lousy cop. Insanely cute Japanese girls don't usually make good authoritative figures.

I normaly take the games out but i have good reasons for leaving these in there.
megadrive:Sonic 2, I couldn't find the box.
game cube: Sonic heros, i just can't bring myself to give up on a sonic game, yet I don't reallly want to play it. If they h ad just botherd with the story...
Game boy colour, Pokemon. I can't find the plastic case so i figure its better off in the game boy, pluss i hav'ntr seen the gbc scince I got my gba.
Game poy pocket: Some 50 in 1 thing from grand canaria, only has like 5 diff games on it.
game boy advance: Dragonball Z, legacy of Goku 2, IM not actually a big fan od dbz but this game is good, I pick to play it over final fantasy tactics and legand of mana. As a big fan of final fantasy adventure legend of mana was a disapointment. The rean for it being in there is the same reason for pokemon in the gbc.
Playstaton 2: Last game I played was final fantasy X-2 but that is now in its box, go me!

So I was able to get through that part in Front Mission 3... I shuffled their mech parts a bit and redistributed their weapons and somehow they came out not sucking. It turns out I wasn't as close to the end as I thought, there were another 10 or 15 battles left. I figured I was going to beat it after all, then maybe try the other scenario, but I'm on what I think really is the final battle and it's just a load of happy horseshit. I beat Lukav and his goons easily enough, but then this Liu guy rushes in and I have to stop him from getting to this one part of the grid, but he can make it there in two moves.
It's a stupid fucking game.

I've been enjoying Pokemon Sapphire immensely. I've got a purple pig with psychokinetic powers, a gigantic black snake that vomits acid, and a fucking 4-foot tall anomalocaris that causes earthquakes!
I mean, really, has there ever been another game in which you could play as an anomalocaris? Much less one that causes earthquakes?

Oh sure, put the blame on the fairy. You know, the novelty is really wearing off now. I blame the absinthe.

With the exception of cart-based systems, I usually take the games out...unless they are rentals.
GBA--Pokemon Sapphire--I mean to play though it on a several hour car trip I took some days ago but I ended up being occupied by the latest Harry Potter books.
Gamecube--Tales of Symphonia--I'm still early in the game and I didn't play this game for more than 3 weeks because again, I was reading those HP books.
PS2--The last game that was in this console was Jak & Daxter II. It was a rental, but I was stuck a certain GTA-style mission of the game that drove me crazy(like many other of the same type of missions in that game). Not so sure if I want to invest some cash to own it despite the platforming areas being so fun. =(
Haven't played anything on the other working consoles/handheld(SNES, N64, Saturn, GBC, Xbox) in the household in ages.

Um JC, how's it possible for you to have multiple games in your PC? Especially ones that haven't been released? Since you've probably got roms, might I remind you that we're talking about what is actually IN the machine, (or indeed what was last in). Does the PC even count as a console?
BTW, sorry for being rather aggressive towards you JC, but everyone here seems to enjoy making fun of you, so I thought that I would take the oppourtunity to flame you, sorry.
