Even having one slit breaching the borders of two worlds would be bad and whittle away the already low supply of dust. I thought it was very responsible of them to sacrifice being together for the sake of the universe.
I'd agree with you if they didn't keep another slit open to let shades out into the multiverse from their prison. If I remember correctly, they could keep one and only one portal open, and that just bugged me for some reason. I probably ought to reread the trilogy again to get a firmer grasp on it.
You've got it right; they had to keep one portal open for the souls of the dead, so they could leave the place they were being kept in and finally get the rest and peace they deserved. But that's why they couldn't have a second portal open, because again, it would be too much of a drain on the dust. It bugged me too, but I felt that the kids, given all they'd been through, should've been able to see each other again.

I had the Lion King game for the Sega Genesis. I played it all the time, but I could never get pass the (I think) sixth level. But it was fun up to that point for me.

Video games based on movies/books are kinda hit and miss. Let's just cross our fingers for this one. Or pray or even perform voodoo; whatever fits your religion.

Doesn't really matter whether they publish or develop licensed games (though they've done both). It just shows how lazy and apathetic they're getting about their name.

Forgive me, but may I ask...what did Acclaim do exactly? I mean, how'd they screw up?

Non-stop torrent of crappy licensed games. Crappier than usual, even.

On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everything drops to zero.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm gay for Edward Norton.

I loved Death to Smoochy. I gotta check out other movies he's been in.
