Hey there..

Post by SuperKnux »

*looks around*

I was on the XBoX Live last night, and I noticed LS was online, and went into his chat, and he told me to check out the new forum, and I must say his is really good. I like the new forum here. Very stylish, and suits you guys fine.

BTW, for those of you who have me on my AIM, well.. I lost my password, and now AOL acts like I don't even exist. I keep asking for my password, and it doesn't email it to me. *rolls eyes* Oh, well..

So, how are you guys? How's NT doing? *notices the .com* Very cool, Mr. Segaholic. How's Popcorn? Does he still post? What about his mom, how is she doing? Does "dork" still ramble on? Does GG! still hate Charmy Bee? I do. Wait.. does anybody here even remember who I am? :P

Well.. I look forward to posting more here. I really need a new message board to post in again, and what better board to post in then this here new GHZ one.

Hey man!

Yeah, it has been a long time. Things with me have been okay. However, I'm going through a "I hate the gaming industry" phase at the moment, and haven't bought a "new" video game since Sonic Heroes back in early January. Yeah.. that's about it. That's the major part of it actually.

To tell you guys the truth, I don't play much video games anymore. If I do play, it's with some friends, and usually an overrated, hyped up game like Halo. : /

Aside from that, I'm doing good. How about you NT? How's it going'?

Yeah, things are good. Busy with school and work and stuff, but what's new? I'm at UT Austin now, studying Electrical/Computer Engineering. I have an awesome girlfriend named Katherine (who posts here sometimes as chix0rgirl)... Uh, I do basic web design and stuff in my free time, as you can see from this forum.

And I know what you mean when you say you don't play much games anymore. I just don't have as much time as I used to. That doesn't mean I don't buy games, though... I've got close to 50 games spread across all three current platforms that I haven't touched yet. Huzzah.

Dude, get on AIM again.

Yeah, I want to get on AIM again, but.. I don't really want to make a new account. : / I missed the one I had, and everybody on it.

Aannyywwaaayyy.. your at UT! Holy crap!! That's faking awesome man. *claps* That's great. My uncle graduated from there, and says it's a really great university. Actually, everybody says that. So, that's really fanastic of you man. Good luck with that dude, and your games. Woo! That's tons of games.

Yes.. things are really going good. I'm happy for ya man.

When you signed up for your AIM screen name, did you give them an e-mail address? If you request your password through the AIM program, it should send you an e-mail to the address you gave them. Try checking that.

Oh, and yeah... Things haven't changed too much since you last came around. The regulars are all still here, Popcorn's mom is still the official hangout place on Saturday nights, Del's still fat, GG!'s still horny, Dork's still angry, blah blah blah. You'll fit right back in. :P

Heylo, SuperKnux. For some reason, your handle sounds familiar... maybe you used to post on the old forums a while back? NT used to link me to the GHZ messageboard whenever he wanted me to read a post or two, so... Anyhow, welcome back. :)

The GHZ is the one place on earth where nothing ever changes.

Haha, awesome GG!

And yeah, I use to post in the old boards.. like a year ago or something. I posted and lurked, but then.. for some reason I drifted away from it. But, now I'm back.

So do you ever actually play on Xbox Live? The only times I've ever found you on Jedi Academy it was your cousin or something. Ah well, welcome back. Oh and what did you think of Heroes?

Nah, I don't play XBox Live. It's just my brother. He's been on it all the time now. He plays Counter-Strike and Jedi Academy. The only time I play is when we are on XBox Connect and we only play Halo's "Capture the Flag".

As for Sonic Heroes, I thought it was lame. The CGI was cool, but man.. the voices sometimes got to me. The controls were lame. I mean, transitioning between the "speed", "fly", and "strength" characters got annoying. I just didn't like it. It didn't feel like a Sonic game, and if it did.. it was also a very watered down version. I consider it the "Batman & Robin" of the Sonic video games.

Yeah, I can't speak for everyone, but for the most part we all think it sucked.

Oh hey, its the other SK, kekeke ;D.

Glad to see you aren't dead. I wouldn't hold out for AOL sending you a password email-- The only time they'll send you an email is if they want to send you more of those AOL discs.

I do not "ramble on" about things. I expose myself for all to see.
