That was funny, They dont know that there is actually people who treat games as just what they are.. games! But they got something right, both drugs and games make you escape this world's uber boredom...perhaps drugs do too, but drugs make you look like shit and destroy you.

Since all that old people doesnt GET INTO Games they think its some kinda drug! Silly old people and air-heads.

Playing video games is the same as playing anyother game, like Chess. I get adrenaline when playing chess! why not treat it as a drug too huh?

WOWSERS!

Dear Parents:

If you really, truly think your child has a problem with videogames... TURN THEM OFF. They're your children. Raise them, dumbass.

The "new" drug of choice? Where the fuck has WGN been?

The news media needs to get its head out of its ass and report on something constructive. Go back to picking on Elvis Presley's pelvic thrusting and Pee-wee Herman's Sarasota incident and leave video games the fuck alone.

Hey, c'mon, be fair to these guys. Even journalists have days when they can't be bothered to find actual news to report and make stuff up instead.

What I found brilliant was the fact that there was no actual information in the piece at all. Just a bunch of people talking. I loved the bit where the guy said universities are finding their students can't relate to each other... they are? Wtf??? Where's he pulling that from? "And while they sat in the same room they wouldn't make connections with each other..." that great line is ruined by the fact that the kids decided to talk to each other half-way through it, the brats.

Actually, I found it quite amusing to watch it a second time, pretending they were talking about reading newspapers. It still works.

By the way, I've never heard of WGN, what's that stand for?

Walrus Goo Nuts.

So, what, we get an adrenaline rush when we watch action movies, so do they count as a drug too? Also, some childeren do not want to interact with their parents because they do not want to interact with their parents. Video games are not to blame. In reality, their parents have their own agenda, going to work, balancing the checkbook and what have you, whereas childeren are left at home to find something to entertain themselves. They are not blocking their family out of their lives because of video games, much as they are not. I mean, come now, do these reporters expect childern to be attacted to their parents all the time?

As for academics, well Goo Nuts do have a point. It's only a matter of self control, actually. Is it not the same with every hobby?

The mother seems to. Man, can you imagine of your mother went on TV for something like this?

Suicide would be the only graceful option.

That's not profound at all. It's a defining trait of the entire human race.

One of the main reasons why I lose faith in humanity everyday, right up there with stupidity.

How can you re-lose your faith in anything every single day? Does it come back to you again before you go to sleep?

Erroneous use of an apostrophe is minus 100000 points though.

It's profound if you happen to wander the internets aimlessly in a haze of stupidity and bad grammar.

I don't think this is the first time you use the current one... and yes, Bullet-man's sex-appeal is undeniable.

To be honest I don't even remember your previous avatar. I do remember your current one though, oddly enough.

It was Tetsujin-28/Gigantor, right? Yeah, I can see how he resembles a chrome vibrator.

This Ozzy avatar was the first one I ever had on this forum. AND NOW YOU KNOW

And it was Gigantor, the space age robot. He's at your command. Gigantor, the space age robot. His power is in your hand. Bigger than big, taller than tall, quicker than quick, stronger than strong. Ready to fight for right, against wrong.
