Hey Mad, can I assume, then, that Project Gotham 3 is less insipid than the previous two?

Not retarded, just pissed off ;)

Considering you are actually dumb enough to support the X-Box, I wouldn't go around calling people retarded.

God, you are a fucking moron.

I'm an Apple person too, just so you know. I've been using Macs probably before you were born. I grew up with an original Macintosh. So don't give me your "lol Microsoft" bullshit here. It's quite obvious you're a fanboy (which is fine) and borderline troll (which is not), so watch yourself.

The real idiots are the ones that are blinded so much by their irrational hatred towards an entity that doesn't affect them in any way, that they willfully choose to withhold entertainment from themselves. And yes, there have been several great games on the Xbox. Enough to justify owning one, definitely.

Dear Jenkins,

This is the GHZ not Gamefaqs. Please direct the lame system trolling to the right place.

Sincerely, Ngangbius

Okay--I'll back off. I know when I've been schooled. I haven't played much on an X-Box, and what I did play either sucked or was available elsewhere.

Dear Ngangbius,

I get the point. Thank you.

What's so bad about gamefaqs?

Figures. Between this and my other posts, I've earned myself the reputation of angry idiot in two days.

I'm still halfassedly trying to find a 360. I was a big fan of Xbox Live this generation, still am actually, thats the main reason I want one. I have no intention of buying a PS3 cause I'm getting kind of sick of the fact that every console Sony has ever put out including the PSP has had some sorta defect.

I saw King Kong being played in some rental store and was pretty much unimpressed, though I think it's probably not a good example to base my opinion on. Condemned looks pretty sweet though, as does Kameo.

So far all I can say is that Perfect Dark Zero looks very nice in spite of some graphical hiccups here and there (mostly every so often the framerate will stutter). I can't say much for the gameplay since I'm not much of a FPS fan, but I have been getting some enjoyment from the game so I suppose that ought to account for something.

It should be noted however, that the two games that have been played the most frequently on my room mate's XBox 360 are Hexic, a simple puzzle game that came free on the system's harddrive, and Geometry Wars Retro Evolved, which was downloaded for $5.

King Kong was graphically amazing until the T-Rex showed up. Don't know much how it played though since I only watched my cousin walk around for about two minutes.

The only two launch games I have any interest in are Perfect Dark Zero and Kameo, that's why I'm not terribly worried about not being able to find one.

Although I have no plans on buying a 360, I love Kameo. I actually enjoyed the the demo more than enjoy them usually.

King Kong looks really amazing on the original Xbox. But the next gen version is pretty underwhelming.

Green Gibbon!, unfortunately I can't answer your question as I've never played PGR or number 2. I got Metropolis Street Racer for Dreamcast and as far as I can tell PGR is just a slightly spruced up version of that. I can tell you I'm loving the game and it's Live-aware features.

I got my Xbox 360 at launch, with PGR3, PDZ Kameo and Call of Duty 2.
All games have merits that warranted purchase, in my opinion, and I'm happy with my decision

I've already been warned about this sort of thing, but...I can't help but laugh my ass off at the overheating bug in the X-Box 360.

Mmm, yes. Because Sony didn't have the exact same problem with either of their consoles.

Yeah. And the Dreamcast had problems at launch as well.

Stuff like that is the reason I avoid purchasing systems when they're first released.

So, has anyone put any yellow and red hazard tape on the power brick and attempted to capture any ghosts yet?

I think Grabbed by the Ghoulies is backwards compatible.
