I thought the naked Kasumi in DC DoA2 had to do with the fact that there was an actual naked model of Kasumi in the intro, which I assume the code swapped the normal model for. I doubt you could code an entire texture swap so easily.

Texture swap, new texture, whatever. You'd have to replace the old one in either case.

But that's because the models were already built naked because of the whole dress-up feature.

But the skin textures still had to be replaced, because the in-game skin textures have those stars and hearts over the naughty parts.

Of course, even the hacked nude textures look weird in DoAX because the nipples are flat, but Taki already has nipple protrusions on her actual poly model, so it could look awesome.

I really can't believe I've read this conversation all the way through.

Agreed. The comic itself, its creators, and its fans represent the very worst our civilization has to offer in terms of gee-whiz
1337-speaking Japanophilic garbage.

I think Ayane is much cooler than Kasumi by a long shot...

But it's oh-so relevant.

Just because something is relevant doesn't mean you should put it in.

Relevant? Sort of. Should I have put it in? Probably not.

It's a quarter to one at night here. I should be in bed, and you want me to make GOOD posts? come on.

Besides, that Megatokyo is from the middle of a plot-development bit. Megatokyo doesn't always have punchlines at the end; that one's a bit throwaway.

That was obviously an attempt at a punchline, though. It just failed to be funny or interesting. That's MegaTokyo at its most tolerable.

...You know, I'm not sure why I'm suddenly defending Megatokyo. It's not like I'm an obsessive or anything.

You guys are damaging my brains!
