Do you guys like watermelons? I think they're mighty tasty, but I could do without the seed. I'm just sick of having to spit out seed every time. Just once I'd like to swallow and be done with it.j-man wrote:I love how he quoted Del and then said absolutely nothing replying to what she said.

First: Stop putting periods in front of question marks. It's wrong. It's bad. Don't do it.Nova wrote:I’m the only one who things is wrong to make the next gen consoles like small computers?. You can use the PSP to surf the web, the DS to chat. Next thing you know is that you are in the last stage of a game and a virus screws all. People buys consoles because they are cheaper than PCs , easier to use and give less trouble. They are machines to have fun, nothing else. What would be the point of buying a console if they start to make them more and more like computers?.Delphine wrote:Plasticfied is the greatest unnecessarily made up word ever.
Second: Don't confuse the letter K with the letter G. They're so totally different that if I began to explain to you why they're so different your head would fucking explode. Don't believe me? Ask Grant. He saw it happen once.
Third: Strive for coherency. Or, just speak so that your sentences don't look like you just stuck them through a blender.
Fourth: There is no fourth.
Fifth: Know what the hell you're talking about before randomly typing shit. For instance, I forgot why I even started making the post. I suppose it was unfocused annoyance with you. I dunno. But nonetheless, I've always held a deep respect, and I mean that most sincerely. The band is just fantastic, that is really what I think.

Okay, poll time. Who thinks those periods are in front of the question marks, and who thinks they're behind them? I would definitely have said "behind," not "in front." They come after the question marks, not before. Ergo, they are behind them. Yesno?Baba O'Reily wrote:First: Stop putting periods in front of question marks. It's wrong. It's bad. Don't do it.

It's true. This one guy says to me, "Hey Krant!" and grabs me by the shoulder, but by the time I'd turned around his head had exploded.Baba O'Reily wrote:Second: Don't confuse the letter K with the letter G. Wait... If I could trick my enemies into saying "Kay" or "Mr. Krabs" or "Krazy" in casual conversation, I could easily destroy them by pointing out that in these words you can actually swap the k with a g and they come out legible - although slightly puzzling in context. To be honest, I firmly believe anyone who pronounces the word "Crazy" with a K deserves their head exploding anyway.
Grazy - adj. A being with a propensity to graze. "Cows are usually very grazy."

Today, I picked up a PSP and Lumines, took them home, started playing, and quickly fell victim to the hypnotic luster of it all. When I finally stopped, an hour and a half had passed; I don't know about you, but that's certainly an uncommon amount of time for me to spend playing a puzzle game nonstop. Lumines is uncanny.
So, right now, my high score for Challenge Mode is 25,470, I've gotten past the first three opponents in Vs. CPU, and I've won the first part of Puzzle Mode--completely by luck, of course. Even in English, the objective is rather incomprehensible. I'll figure it out when I feel like it.
Gibbon, what's your high score?

My Challenge high score at the moment is 56,451. Haven't played it in a couple of weeks, though, I guess I better do a few rounds tonight lest I become rusty.
Locit was right about the puzzle mode... you literally create the shape using blocks of either color. I got as far as the one where you have to build two large 4's side by side.
