Cosplay: Those Who Dare

Post by Omni Hunter »

Seeing that E3 is coming up I was wondering if anyone cosplays at conventions or if I'm the only bugger sad enough to do so.

I admit I made a mistake doing Lee from Tekken. Never again.

I was considering going with a group of mercenaries dressed as DBZ characters and napalming Iizuka and the Shadow display, but we decided that would be crazy. So we're going without the costumes now.

We had a big cards tournament on Hallowe'en last year, the dates were just a happy coincidence. I went as Morpheus. My brother went as Sephiroth.

Funny that, I'm working on a Vegeta costume at the moment but I may be the only one going in costume.

I to Anime Evolution as Sanji from One Piece a couple of years ago. You know, before they gave him a lollipop and made him sound like Dr. Girlfriend.

Yep. Just like you did to poor Lilith. All he wanted was some love.

Anyway, this is the best cosplay ever. I did it on the last convention I went, I was King Bowser.

His career tanked after that role, you know.

No, the best thing about that particular movie was the little Bob-omb toy that caused a whole lot of needless mayhem. And I suppose the elevator scene, for its complete randomness..

I think Waterworld did him in, along with Kevin Costner and everyone else involved in that crapfest.

What about Speed? Hell, even Keanu Reeves acted better than Hopper in that over-fifty-miles-per-hour crapfest.

... Actually now that I think about it... Dennis Hopper's marathon of crappy movies has made me forget any good roles he ever had.... Um... Can anybody name a good movie he was in? I know he was in at least one, but I can't remember which one...
