It's real alright, and worst of all, it just so happens that this was made by Travellers Tales. And despite the horrendous concept of creating a video game based off building block merchandise which in turn being based off some of my favourite films, it also happens to be... good.

A good Travellers Tales licensed game. I don’t think I’ll ever come to terms with that.

Indeed. It's really simplistic, but it's fun that way. Being a Lego Jedi is easy, but I wish combat was more robust.

But hey, you get to kill Jar Jar Binks. That counts for something, right?

This game has gotten 50 times more interesting to me. Too bad 50 x 0 = 0.

It is truly, honestly good. I'm not even a Star Wars fan, and I still enjoyed it. It's a total blast to play, especially in 2 player co-op. The only complaint I have is how easy it is, but it IS a game that was designed with kids in mind. But it's fun, and the incredibly polished and charming presentation adds a whole lot.

Man, wait 'til you see the opening battle to episode 3 recreated with giant lego ships.

They've been endowed by God with the ability to see the future. Naturally, they only use this power for good.

Word of mouth, basically. I had heard it wasn't half-bad, so I picked up the demo a day or so ago (went on a whole Demo spree, infact. Picked up demos for Project Snowblind, Lego Starwars, and Psychonauts - Out of them, I'd say I enjoyed Lego Starwars the most).

The fact remains that it is a Star Wars game... with Legos.

Speaking of Legos, they started sucking quite a long time ago. Remember when they had original ideas? Ha ha, those were the days. Now all they do is license crap like Spiderman, Star Wars, and Harry Potter and make sets on that.

The Iceplanet set and aquanaught sets owned. The parts were just right for making Lego Transformers.

The last lego model I ever got was a big, cheesy bionicle set from my grandpa. I used to have tons of lego, but when I compared the fibre optic space shuttle that you could take apart and transform into a submarine and launch a sattelite and had flaps and a motorised landing gear with suspension and opening doors and...

...with a model that can only be put together one way, and who's most impressive feat was to move his arms up and down, I kind of went off it.

Why does this allways happen?

I'm selling almost everything in that picture. Anybody interested?
