The first two seasons of The Ren and Stimpy Show rock.

And yes, I like it how 90s/00s cartoons, you know, actually feel like the people making them are having fun. Because I doubt the people who wrote scripts for the 50 Scooby-Doo shows or Care Bears or any of that other 80s crap were. I bet they were ready to shoot their heads off by the end.

You know, you don't have to bold the titles of every show. It interrupts the flow of what you're saying. You could italicize or put it in "quotes".
