I find some of the Truth commercials amusing, mostly because I don't smoke and don't see why anybody would want to.

It also reminds me of that one episode of South Park where that faggily anti-smoking group came to the school and said, "Don't smoke and you can be like us one day!", and the boys started smoking.

Those people actually came to my HIGH school. They never came back. Which is good because they would have died. And it would have hurt.

So yeah, I haven't touched a cigarette since monday and I think I'm free from the grip of nicotine.

Cheers!

Or worse... HE'S RECALLING 80'S SITCOMS!
On a side note, have you seen the video for E-Pro off of Guero?

Yes, and it kicks ass. I think it's an amazing first single, as well. Of all of his previous songs, I think it reminds me of Devils Haircut the most.

Fun fact-- The drums on E-Pro are actually sampled from the Beastie Boys' So What'cha Want, a classic song in its' own right, off of their 1992 release Check Your Head.

Not that I'm aware of. But yeah, Gratitude kicks ass. If you haven't seen the video, you should. It's an homage to Pink Floyd's cult classic, Live at Pompeii.

I command you to watch it.

Edit: Fix't.

So since the thread's been bumped, I'd just like to say that It's been a week since my last cigarette, and I'm feeling really good. Although I still have a bit of a craving, I've been able to ignore it thus far and so I don't think it'll be a problem from this point out.

I was quite proud of myself on Saturday Night. 3 out of my 4 friends were smoking, and as much as they offered and as much as I probably would have enjoyed it, I stuck to my guns.

So yeah, it's all good.

I have no clue, I just stole it from someone on a different board.

Uh, I'm assuming yours is a guy from Futurama? It looks like his head is in one of those jars.

Your avatar is Maes Hughes from the anime Fullmetal Alchemist. He is probably looking at a picture of his daughter.

Oh really? I've only seen the first 4 episodes of Fullmetal Alchemist, so I'm not familiar with the character. Man, that show rocks.

Yeah, that's the creepy part. He's really obsessed with his daughter. REALLY. "I need to get home so I can take a bath with her!"

There's something not kosher in that family.
