PSO Book of Hunters scans?

Post by EspioKaos »

OK. After takin' an extended break from PSO, I've finally gotten back into the game. Like seriously into it, as in playing online until 4:00 or 5:00AM. Anyway, along with this has come my interest in the game's story and all of its twisted and convoluted sub plots and such. What I'm gettin' at is that I seem to recall someone mentioning they would scan pages of The Book of Hunters if someone could translate them into English. Despite a severe lack of time due to work, I'm up to the challenge, 'cause I wanna know more about Coral, and its people, and especially initial D-cellular research that led up to the creation of MAGs. (This is what I've read from other sources who claim The Book of Hunters goes into that. I'd just like to confirm it.) Plus, I'm really interested in the time line someone mentioned a while back that detailed each step along the Pioneer Project.

So, anyway, were pages from the book ever scanned? If so, where might I be able to find 'em?

The Ragol Report, it's in the second art book. 7 solid pages of information on the main characters, organizations, politics, and history of the whole PSO universe. It's almost solid text, there are only a few small black & white pictures. Needless to say, it's enough to make a Jim Breen stumbler like myself curl into a corner and suck my thumb.

But yeah, I can get scans of it and post them. I'll try to have that done for tomorrow evening after I get off of school.

If you want to, that's cool. Right now, though, I'm gonna be busy for quite a while workin' on translating the Ragol Report that GG! just sent me. (Thanks, again!)

Random fact I just happened across while lookin' over the pages: Gamma119, known as Olga Flow by Pioneer 2, was originally code-named Proto Falz by the Pioneer 1 scientists who created it.

Anyway, as I finish sections, I'll post my translations here.
