A veritable treasure trove of knowledge
So I picked up this book in Barnes & Noble on Friday (when I was in NYC, obviously). It's quite interesting, there's some information and pictures and things within that I was unaware of, and some detailed background information on various influential companies throughout the ages.
The point of this is, if any of ya'll want me to look someone or something up for you, if you want anything scanned or anything, just post here. This will be the official requesting station, if you will.
So?

I remember reading that High Score! book some time ago, but I still think it was really good. The depth of the company’s histories is really quite interesting, as well as certain games made; a recommended read if you give half-a-toss. The best part was an interview with an Atari Exec, who said that even if he put horses**t in a cartridge, he would still sell a million of them.Segaholic2 wrote:Would you recommend a purchase of that book?

And that's not what happened in E.T.'s case.Dark Crow wrote:I remember reading that High Score! book some time ago, but I still think it was really good.
