That's not a verbatim quote, but it's close. (All key points, like Dark, Flashlight, Magic, You go to the Goddamn store and buy some fucking batteries! milk and kitten, were all said.) He made some comment at the end commending the style and that developers should take note, but simpler than my description of said quote.

As I already stated, they are one and the same.

Kitsune relates to a magical fox creature.

No it really doesn't. Kitsune is just the Japanese word for fox. There is a Japanese myth about multitailed foxes, but the word is not exclusive to the mythical creature.

Kitsune relates to a magical fox creature.
No. That's like saying "Coyote" only relates to the magical Native American trickster god.

Tycho, at PAX, put it best. "In Shenmue, if you go into a dark room, find a flashlight and it doesn't work, what do you do? Do you give it power with Magic? No. Do you use a special move to get it to work? No. You go to the Goddamn store and buy some fucking batteries! And a cola and some milk for your kitten. That's how games should be."

Out of curiosity, when was it that Tycho said that classic of a quote? I was at PAX but I'm assuming that was said at one of the theater things I missed.

Yeah, it was at the second PA Q&A.

Maybe you saw me. I was the only guy wearing a shirt endorsing this product:

I have a shitload of gaming site pics of PAX with me in it. Including my playing Halo 2 (which at the time was a big deal).

Sorry, but after what the furries did to word I refuse to think of Tails as anything, but a fox.

On the topic of kitsunes:

Yes, it's a Pokémon site. Some problem with that?

Tails is a fox. Duh. Is he a fucking mythical 9 tailed fox? No. But he is a kitsune by the words primary definition. A motherfucking fox.

See? All he does is laugh at Baba's expense, since when did that convey love?

Kinda like how Rocko drinks and smashes because he loves? (Speaking of which, were you (as in England) fortunate enough to get Undergrads on your side of the globe?)

No, as in you've never seen it, or as in not like the analogy I made? Or both?

No I haven't seen it, and thus no to the analogy as it is rendered meaningless to me.

Alright, in any case, I would recommend looking in to getting the DVD, as it's a very funny and cool show.

Worst case scenario is that you can't play the DVD in your region. In that case, just download the episodes. That'll be cheaper too.
