Harvey's is some burger franchise that's only in Canada, to my knowledge. I thought maybe he was getting them confused, because I don't remember ever seeing any Hardee's in Canada.

No, McDonald's is worse IMHO.

But then, I could be biased.

Not Really, I can count two in Colorado Springs - one on Academy and one on Nevada & Platte - heart of Downtown, the General Palmer statue.
See, that's on the complete opposite side of the state compared to where I am. (Lafayette, here, about 15-30 miles east of Boulder) Over here, there's ZERO Carl's Jr.'s.
Colorado was actually the only place I've ever seen a Carl's Jr. Damn, that's a beautiful state, I wouldn't mind living there.
Which is weird, because for the longest time, the only place I'd seen them was in California. (Until a few years ago I was poking around Denver with my my Mom or someone and I happened to spot a Carl's Jr. in the distance)

You wanna know a piece of shit fast food franchise? Jack in the Box. I've heard they've cleaned up their act in recent years, but I know their food used to be quite litterally the worst. My brother got sick a few times after eating there (and truth be told, he should've sued).

Jack in the Box can't be a bad as White Castle's excuse for "burgers".

but I haven't eaten fast food in recent memory
There's alot to be said for cup ramen, it's true. Personally, I'm still a big fan of spaghetti-o's with weenies, and the swedish meatball TV dinners from Budget have a certain allure.

McDonald's is alright because you can at least count on them for the fries. Remember when they were doing the hot dog promotion a couple years back? It's odd, because I'd actually envisioned that promotion in several dreams I'd had. In my favorite, I was driving around the tops of a bunch of skyscrapers in Crazy Taxi fasion, and at the top of one there was a McDonald's selling hot dogs. I was really hungry and I tried to get up to it, but I kept falling off this stupid ramp which should've been really easy to cross. I became quite frustrated.

Of course the actual hot dogs were heinous, but so are their burgers so it was consistent.
I was poking around Denver with my my Mom or someone
Yeah, I've done some poking around with your mom.

Yeah, we have everything in California. Carls, Jr., McDonalds, Jack-In-The-Box, Burger King, Del Taco, Taco Bell. All that shit. In droves.

Of course, if any of you ever do come out to California, the one place you gotta eat is In-N-Out. Their menu hasn't changed since the chain was started. All they have is Burgers, Fries, & Shakes. But luckily, the food is fucking good. And I have to recommend the Double Double. That is one tasty burger.

In-N-Out is one of the few reasons I'm glad to live in California.

Now all I can think of is Malcolm McDowell saying, "I gave her the old in-out-in-out".

Yeah, "A Clockwork Orange" kicks ass. The book's quite good too. I need to read it again.

Clockwork is one of my favorite books/movies, which is ironic when you consider how Catholic it is.

Oh, you're God, huh? I have a question for you -- what's all that crap in Leviticus about eating shrimp being a sin and not being able to wear polyester blends? Those parts always confused me.

Yeah, In-N-Out is pretty good... Carls Jr. has a tendency to over cook their burgers, which I suppose is better than Jack-In-The-Box's undercooked sponge patties.

I like to live in California cause of all the Asian chicks and that fact that I can say "THIS IS HOW WE ROLL IN THE O.C., BITCH" in almost any situation.

Though I don't like Orange County in particular... The one hell hole in the entire state thats filled with Republicans... But the Asian chicks make it all better ;D

Yeah, I'm not much for liberals or conservatives, mainly because people will decide so many aspects of their goddamned lives just because of the political party they belong to. Thats why, as soon as my lazy ass fills out that registration card in the mail, I will be a registered independent.

I like to eat at most of the places I listed, with the exception of McDonalds & Taco Bell.

As much as illegal immigration pisses me off, I will say this: I like the fact that I can find a family owned Mexican Restaurant on practically every corner. Because Carne Asada burritos are fuckin' sweet. My favorite place to get 'em is "Los Panchos" or as my friend has affectionately dubbed it, "Los Panochas".

If you don't mind the excess in grease, that is. It's in everything.

Yeah, those burgers are greasier than an Italian.

But they're still delicious. They're the food that God would eat if she had a mouth.
