IGN's Sonic board gives me a headache.

Post by aso »

Why do I keep looking at the IGN Sonic board? I don't know why, but everytime I see that much fanfiction, I get an itchy, bleeding rash. There's the incredible concept of the 'Biomighty' (like the Biolizard only MIGHTY lol). There are the numerous '<THIS CHARACTER> SUX' topics. And how many damned times can you discuss what happened to Shadow?! Especially when half of the posters rant on "Oh, this idea is totally original and it COMPLETELY explains what really happened". They then go on to blather out an idea that someone else already came up with.

And if virtual blowjobs were possible, 'Yugi' Naka gets all kinds of messy ones from that board. Given that he is, after all, the original creator of Sonic. He can do no wrong, and hey, Sonic Heroes was totally kick-ass!

So, right. I'm guessing most of this is probably obvious to the posters around here, but I felt like sharing a bit of a headache.

Why do you still visit IGN?

I visit a few of the lesser-populated boards, such as Clock Tower and Siren. No such problems exist on these boards.

IGN's boards are actually fine, it seems, as long as you visit the board of a game or platform that isn't particularly popular.

IGN's Sonic board is comparable to Tub Girl... it's such a horribly disgusting thing to see, yet you keep going back.

I'd say that analogy works, except that I haven't seen Tubgirl in ages. How the hell did they pull off that picture, anyhow? Photoshopping? Specially placed tube?

Here, let me fix your topic title for you:

IGN gives me a headache.

All better.

I'm not about to try it out, but I'm sure it's actually physically possibly. Gross, but possible.

No, I don't like IGN itself very much. It does, however, have a very nice game collection setup.

Hard to believe that something coming from the rectum would be aerodynamic enough to make a five-point landing in the mouth. Perhaps it's something in the food...

Uh. Do you know how an enema works? I imagine it would be like that, but on steroids.

Eugh. That girl probably had to practice to get that right, though.

You keep going back...the hell? Tubgirl is like Goatse, something that should be viewed once and that's it. And any of those repeated viewings of those sites are caused by being tricked into going there.

I dunno, if you're masochistic you might go back there more than once.

Actually, I didn't know how an enema works. Now I do know. Makes the picture seem a bit more logical.

Cripes, though. Makes it seem a helluva lot worse.

Tubgirl has scarred me for life. Every time I see the name in a forum I start scrolling real damn slowly just in case some bastard couldn't resist the urge to post it.

If anybody posts it, I'll delete it, don't worry. It doesn't really phase me anymore, but I know there are those who are weaker than I.

I hadn't even heard of Tubgirl until this thread. I'm not terribly curious though.

You know I managed to go until last month without seeing goatscx, I finally got tricked into it. It was worse than I imagined.

If you're being tricked to go there with a link on a regular web page, there's a way to know where the link takes you.
I don't know what other browsers this applies to, but in the case of Internet Explorer, when your mouse is over the link, you can look at the bottom of the browser window and see the URL that the link takes you to. If it's not there for some reason, go to View, then check "Status Bar," but it should be there.
Now, in the case of a link in a Flash movie, can't help ya.

I'd seen Tubgirl quite a while back, but I had no idea it had become famous. I'd mostly forgotten about it before people spoke of "Tubgirl" earlier in this thread, so I got curious and did a Google image search. I was just about able to start drinking chocolate milk again, too.

I also went until just a couple of months ago without witnessing Goatse. The most unsettling thing about it for me was the thought that I might know that guy, I can't really be sure.

People found out the goatse guy's name and other entire image galleries, with one picture out of a few dozen that shows his face. If you really want to see it, I can provide a link (if I can find it and if it still works).

I'd certainly like to see that. I'll admit that I'm slightly curious as to how he looks.

That doesn't hurt my eyes at all. It helps that it isn't a close up on the ass.

The mind wonders...

What the fuck is Tub Girl? I'm assuming it's along the lines of Goatse which I've had the displeasure of viewing, but is Tub Girl actually any different, or just same shit, different gender?

The less you see of http://www.tubgirl.com, the better. It is like a Busted song in visual form; Disturbing and fundamentally broken, but with a strange quality that causes the weak willed to return to it perpetually.

I apologise if anyone here actually likes Busted, but after my sister played "That's what I go to school for" at maximium volume on repeat for a fortnight I developed a lingering and powerful hatred for them. I hope you understand.
