I was thinking more along the lines that the horns are symbolic of dual cocks in his pants, rather than being literal penises independant of any he might already have.

Years and years ago when I was a tiny lad, I had this theory that my testicles were actually penises that hadn't hatched yet. The second one wouldn't sprout until I was an old man, and the third one wouldn't sprout until after I was dead. That was the hypothesis.

I've never actually seen a naked old man or a naked dead man, so that could be true for all I know.

I beleive I've already related my childhood belief that the udders of a female cow were four penises, and that milk was actually cow urine. But I could be wrong.
