There are clients that allow you to pick and choose what you want out of huge torrents, so I suggest checking into those if you don't want to dl the whole thing.

Bitorrent does allow you to download certiain files, just use Azerus.

That's why you just select the whole lot you don't want to download, right click, and select 'Do not Download'.

Damn... everytime I try to download those things, this comes up : "Trouble accesing files - invalid mode: wb+"

Sounds like a file openning problem. fopen documentation says:

w+ or wb+ or w+b
Truncate to zero length or create file for update.

Are you sure that you have read/write access to the files and/or directories being written to?
