It appears to be part of (yet another) crazy Japanese variety show. The girls slap eachother and the guy doing the show asks how it was. Most of them say they're alright, though I guess one girl got cut by someone's fingernail (at that point they excitedly flashed the kanji for "blood" across the screen)
