Asphalt Urban GT
Feel the Magic: XY/XX
Madden NFL 2005
Metroid Prime: Hunters (demo bundled with the DS)
Mr. Driller Drill Spirits
Ping Pals
PictoChat (built-in)
Rayman DS
Ridge Racer DS
Spider-Man 2
Super Mario 64 DS
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005
The Urbz: Sims in the City

That's about all I care about, for launch. I can't wait for Animal Crossing DS, though.

I would assume Ping Pals would be some sort of note system to transfer messages between DS's. Hopefully involving penguins. Probably wrong though.

Not in the slightest bit interested in Mr. Driller or Feel the Magic?

Also this is not a launch game, but this is Miz's new game for the DS: Meteos. Hmm...c'mon Miz, I know you can do better than that visually even with the graphical limitations with the DS in comparision with the PSP.

P.S. The new Goemon game looks awesome. Konami better bring this game here!

The only games I want for launch are Super Mario 64 DS, Feel The Magic: XY/XX (even though I dont like the name) and Pictochat. I'm honestly not really looking forward to Metroid Prime: Hunters, especially the way the controls are set up.

And did someone say Goemon? *orgasms*

Mr. Driller... not for $40. Not sure what Feel the Magic is.

Edit: When did they change the "I would die for you" title?

They just announced the title change the other day. Oh, and the games are going to be $30 from what I understand, which seems pretty reasonable since $50 would be ludacris.

Don't know if you guys know it or not, but you can buy a used N64 with Mario 64 for less than $20.

The DS one apparently has Wario and some other shit in it, it's not just a port.

Then again, I don't care, because I'm never buying a DS.

I already have Super Mario 64, but this one has multiplayer

Damnit, I KNOW what you're going to say, it's practically the same game right? Well, true, but I don't care, a 4 player Mario 64 sounds awesome to me.

I'm such a whore.

The characters of SM64DS supposedly have different indivdual abilities a la Doki Doki Panic/Super Mario Bros. 2 USA and then there are all these new mini-games and stuff added on.

Goemon DS screens:

This video here shows Goemon in action as well as some other games:

P.S. The fact that FFIII most likely is finally coming to the states through this handheld interest me more.

Isn't Mario Pinball based off of Super Mario 64 in some way?

When they made that game, did they know they were ripping off of Sonic by making Mario the ball?

You can defend Mario Sunshine and maybe even Mario Party, but Mario Pinball is undeniable proof of the end. We have no heroes left.

Also, Sonic Adventure DX had new features, but it was still an outdated fucking Dreamcast game. The fact that I can play as Wario who has the ability to butt-whomp two enemies at once in what is otherwise the exact same game that I played eight years ago does not excite me.

They haven't created a Zelda cart racer yet.

And about Mario Pinball, it could haven been worse--EAD themselves could have been responsible for creating it.

Fuck. The next set of Pokemon games have been announced for the DS.

Now I'm going to HAVE to get it. Double-fuck.

I don't suppose the original GB and GBC games are compatible with the DS, eh?

As for the launch titles:

Feel the Magic: XY/XX - It's so fucking weird, I can't form an opinion on it. And I'm not interested in playing a game where the objective is to get a guy and girl to bang anyways.

Metroid Prime: Hunters (demo bundled with the DS) - The aiming system seems to be overly cumbersome. You'd have to have giant fucking hands to operate the main controls and aim with the touch-screen at the same time.

Mr. Driller Drill Spirits - Depending on what they do with it, it might be worth a bargain buy.

Ping Pals - What the fuck?

Rayman DS - Meh.

Spider-Man 2 - Movie port = teh suck.

Super Mario 64 DS - If they add a lot to it, it might be worth a look - I'm sure it will be sold as a "greatest hit" or something eventually.

There's also supposedly a clasic 2-D original Mario game on the way, too.

Shithead. Mario has been in so much crap, you obviously forget Mario Pinball is NOT the low point of his career. He was in damn Mario Hotel, Mario is Missing, and Mario's Time Machine - and managed to recover from every fucking one. A pinball game with him as the ball is pretty fucking decent compared to a LOT of the more obscure crap he's been in.

Software Toolworks educational games don't count.

Hah. Donkey Kong Jr. Math, Dr. Mario, Mario's Picross, Mario & Wario, Mario Paint, Mario's Early Years, Mario Clash, Super Mario Bros. & Friends: When I Grow Up, Mario Teaches Typing, Undake30 Same Game!

Yoshi's FUCKING Safari.

And for the record, there were actually TWO seperate pinball arcade games featuring the Mario Bros.

But I liked Dr. Mario and Mario Paint. I also heard the M&W was pretty good.

Though, Super Mario Bros. & Friends: When I Grow Up--what the hell? The title alone sounds like the worst thing to happen to the Mario franchise, edutainment or not.

Ping Pals is a fancier, third-party take on Pictochat and the style looks like it would attract AIM crazy teeny-boppers and "Go-Gaia kidz".

Yoshi's FUCKING Safari was FUCKING fun. Even if it did look a bit like ass. I'd like to see some pics of those arcade pinball games, though. Unless they're based on the movie.

Yoshi's FUCKING Safari FUCKING sucked. I hated that game.

Did you even play it with the SNES Super Scope? What was up with that thing? It was big enough to fry hair and there was like only one game made for it.

Actually I can count at least four. I think it was the Sega "Menacer" that only had one game besides the pack-in.

Mine: Mario's Pinball is not the worst thing to ever happen to Mario. Not by a LOOOONG shot.
