Yeah, its from the Simpsons. They go to Branson, Missouri and watch some show. The last line of the song is "So sit back, relax and enjoy the review, In Soviet Union review watches you"
I think I've see too many episodes of the Simpsons.

Actually, it originally came from Russian Comic Yakov Smirnoff, whose signature jokes were, "In Soviet Russia, [insert something backwards here]!"
The joke was also used in Family Guy: "Turn left at fork in road. In Soviet Russia, road forks you!"
