What she said. I believe, in WB's press release they said they were mainly aiming it to the 2-6 year old demographic from their preschool programing and I think it is a better effort for young children's entertainment than that drek that is Baby Looney Toons.

I'm not quite sure I remember anything I watched within that time frame. Maybe Power Rangers. Ninja Turtles? I was never a Barney kid. But I'm guessing my interest in those lasted past six years old. I'm not even sure I watched TV when I was two years old.

There's more than just Krypto? Ooh! Ooh! Who's Batmans!?

Incidently, I don't get Kids WB, which is why all these strange questions are being asked. I do get Baby Loony Toons, though. On the Irish-language channel, so I can't understand any of it.

...Uh, i just re-read that article and noticed this intriguing line:

Danger Duck (ancestor: Daffy Duck/voice: Jason Marsdsen): arrogant duck who resents Ace and wants to lead the team: can teleport and toss "magical energy spheres"

That'll make an interesting action figure.

I was raised on Mister Rogers, Sesame Street, David the Gnome, Fraggle Rock and Eureka's Castle. Then Transformers took over my life.

So it's WB's answer to Vegeta. And I thought this couldn't get much crapper.
They could at least have made him like a serious Duck Dodgers even the Coyote guy looses his class-A ACME rocket for a pair of Jet Shoes which is also crap.

Now it's A.C.M.E.--Accelerated Cybernetic Machine Engine.

Or maybe it's not. I don't care.

Let's see...I was raised on (so-so) Ninja Turtles, He-Man, Thundercats, Tom & Jerry, some brazillian kid's show, Swat Cats and Cavaleiros do Zodiaco (Saint Seiya). A few years later, Beast Wars completed the circle.

Urgh....certainly the worst thing ever to see when coming back to the board. One could think they made them look worse just to spite the petitioners, but if this was their goal then bravo. The art's level of suck is now off the scale.

Did ACME ever have a meaning to the acronym before?

It's problably not an acronym. http://www.acme.com/what_is_acme/ has some possible explanations for it.

Go here for the ORIGINAL Illustrated Catalog Of ACME Products.

You know the best series ever to grace my youthful eyes?
It starts with "Samurai" and ends with "Pizza Cats".

Samurai Pizza Cats was awesome. I love that show.

Also, acme just means really, really good. So a generic "brand name" for really, really good anvils, bricks, crates, explosives, etc.

C-C-C-C-C-Cocaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiine

Also, "Ace Bunny" looks gay. At least you could get a cheap laugh out of the EXTREEEEEEEEME Buzz Bunny. This one just makes me embarrassed to own Cartoon Network.

Also also, Bucky O'Hare was the best show ever.

When I was two I liked those shows I listed. As I got older it became Transformers, The Real Ghostbusters, Ninja Turtles and later, Power Rangers.

I still like Transformers. I still collect them (not the new series, only G1.), I have close to 300 G1 TF toys. I think the Beast Wars toys sux0r3d.

Seconded, although it almost turned me to the side of the furry. I was dissapionted that the series was short lived and the extras on the DVD are pretty crap.

That show always weirds me out when I watch it, because so many of the voice actors went on to do voices for either Beast Wars or the SatAM Sonic cartoon.

Swat Cats, oh yeah man that was good but it paled in comparisson to Thundercats. That cartoon fucking owned and not just because I'm a hemidemisemi furry.
