A small band of bird thieves and treasure hunters, renowned for being expert Extreme Gear riders. The current leader of the group and heir to the Babylon hierarchy is Jet the Hawk, who travels the world in a small blimp with his retainers Wave the Swallow and Storm the Albatross.

In ancient times, the Babylonians were a spacefaring race, cruising through the cosmos on a beautiful floating city known as Babylon Garden. A malfunction with the Garden's power units forced the Babylonians to crash land on earth, where they remained. During this time, they earned a reputation as a technologically advanced band of thieves. They developed (or possibly stole) a revolutionary floating material that could be weaved into fabric. The material was used to develop flying carpets that, over centuries, evolved into today's Extreme Gear.

According to legend, the gods became angry with the Babylonians for their unsavory lifestyle and banished them from Babylon Garden, never to return. The city was sealed away in the depths of the earth while the Babyloninas themselves were widely dispersed and eventually lost to time.
