Gibbs, that's weird. Maybe there is more than one flying superhero? OR maybe he is only carrying the present at one particular degree of zoom-out? None of the other presents disappear until you've actually collected them successfully...

Mind you, I still hadn't FOUND the present for that level. :)

It's in the hands of a red superhero flying circles around the island with the school and circus on it. Or at least, that's where it was the first time I played the stage...

Yep, those lego bricks are the fences of the small-ball world.
