Cook and Becker have posted teaser images of Mighty artwork from Sonic Mania, leading some to assume that a new Sonic Mania artbook might be on the way.
Hopefully it's better than their last effort, which had game sprites at full page and then all the unseen concept artwork at thumbnail size that was often split by the spine. (Although the contributor section was fun)

Re: Sonic Mania Artbook?
It still has the "November 1998 - Now" text at the top right, like the original book did (which was split between the pre-Adventure and post-Adventure eras).
So I see three possibilities:
1. That image is just a quick mock-up, and it really is a Sonic Mania art book.
2. It's just an updated/expanded version of the original book that adds Mania, Forces and Team Sonic Racing. (This would suck.)
3. It's a "volume 2" that covers artwork they excluded the first time around.

The old 25th Anniversary book, which was supposed to be a limited run, sold out, so Cook & Becker are reprinting it with 32 new pages for Mania, Forces and Team Racing.
That's low. Hey, loyal supporters, who bought our first book, which was pretty underwhelming, buy it again to get the full product.
And it looks like they are still giving full pages to the stock art, and putting the interesting sketches as tiny thumbnails.
They could at least do a PDF type deal for people who purchased book 1.
