As is the trend with new Sega games these days, Sega Europe has released a new micro-site to accompany the recent European launch of Kimishine, which, as reported previously, has been re-christened with the unromantic title of Project Rub for the territory.
The website contains profiles and wallpapers for the four core characters of the game, trailers, mini-games and a synopsis of the four innovative features the game provides. Most of this content has been recycled from the US and Japanese websites for the game.
Five blue rabbits are hidden on the website, which when collected allow access to a ‘special treasure’. You can spoil the surprise by clicking here.
Elsewhere on the main SoE website is a belated news story on Sonic’s recent induction into the Walk of Game. Included in the brief report are these comments from Matt Woodley, marketing director for Sega Europe:
"As SEGA look forward to the future of the Sonic brand, it's good to look back at just how far this icon of computer games entertainment has come. From his first steps on the Mega Drive to chart-topping success in 2005, he's demonstrated his enduring appeal across all ages through the years. This is a worthy salute to a true gaming superstar."
