Happy Birthday Plus (No birthday message, but SMC+ returns)

For Sonic’s 12th Birthday, Sonic Team posted a special message on their website thanking fans for their support. Perhaps the success of Sonic Heroes has made the former design masters realise that fans will happily buy their products without any appreciation, as Sonic Team have done absolutely nothing to acknowledge the 13th anniversary of their mascot.
They have, however, updated the history section with their original E3 post that includes links to Sega Japan’s Press releases for Sonic Mega Collection Plus and Sonic Heroes PC. The two ports, however, are still curiously absent from Sega's PS2/PCrelease schedule.

^ They may have been removed from Sega's release schedule and absent from its World Hobby Fair booth, but both titles are apparently still going to be released
