Assburger.

I thought I had it all figured out.

But for these questions, well, these are hard. How are we 20+, older men (the demographic stated for this game) supposed to answer these?

I presume 1) is "badniks" (sp?) and 2) is that 100 rings = extra life. I don't know about #3.

It occurs to me that the difficult of the questions has been overstated for the purpose of sarcasm... In my defense, I think they worded that last one strangely.. "how many lives was a continue worth." Or maybe I'm just slow today. Don't mind me.

You get 3 lives if you have to use a continue.

Easy!

Whee, chase Sega across the internets for only the purpose of having our intelligence insulted!

No.

I know it's pretty much a given that only Sonic (and possibly Tails and Knuckles) will be playable, but I want to find out for certain ASAP, so I play their silly little game.

Or don't kid yourself and wait for them to do it anyway.

1: Fuckbots.
2: 100 is twice as much as 50!
3: What the hell is a Genesis?

I thought the marketing guy already said Tails and Knuckles were in it?

If not, then I would hope this is supposed to be similar to Sonic 1. I was expecting a Sonic 4 kind of game (although I would prefer that to be full budget retail, not a cheap game).

I think he said something like, 'To me Tails and Knuckles are essential characters.' I thought he was speaking generally about the series, rather than specifically about playability in Project Needlemouse.

Well one would assume that 'essential' means using it.

One that would assume every comment out of the mouth of a Sega marketing rep is meaningful, is one foolish fool.

'Cause you have twice as much time to tear through and/or break the game, not to mention keep hitting that pesky final boss?

And 1: Feces.

I like how this is basically one big troll from Sega.

Other than Sonic, the only characters left are arguably the most hated of the post-Gen/MD era characters from the eyes of many old-school fans(isn't this game supposed to be aimed at that audience) and the prospect of a new "shitty" friend. Now we have to have a Twitter account and tweet the answers to Sega's Twitter for the bonus point. The bonus point is probably that the remaining two characters that is not Sonic after Friday's elimination will be crossed-out and maybe some logo reveal, if we are lucky.

This was all a ruse to join/follow Sega's lame webpages.
