If you're asking about Klonoa 2, there was one for PS2 called "Lunateas's Veil" released in all major areas I believe, and there was a sequel to the GBA version called "G2 Tournament" or something released around the same time in Japan, which only came out in America last year.

Klonoa 2 was actually the first PS2 game I played properly. I'd messed with the launch dribble, but it wasn't until Klonoa 2 that I could justify my purchase of the system. It's still one of my very favorite games for it.

Heroes Reahes again?? >_< is it that hard to create new models? or do they think they've created the perfect character models? I think so..remember that Iizuka thought that Sonic Heroes was like the best game ever.

Despite not being a big Sonic fan as I was in the past, I still sorta feel cheated that Sonic first game for the PSP isn't a true platformer and that it is made by the people who did Death Jr. =P

Also, I've seen the PSP do better in the technical graphics department.
James McGeachie wrote:Oh fucking no, this is the worst case nightmare scenario to me, I've never had any reason to get a PSP and now one of the ultimate possible reasons has been thrown in my face, a true 3d sidescrolling Sonic. I can only pray this turns out bullshit so I don't have to buy a system for it.
Eh? You have no love for Lumines, Megaman: Powered Up, Exit, Tales of Eternia, Daxter, or the upcoming Valkyrie Profile:Lenneth, Loco Roco and Ultimate Ghouls and Ghosts?

Incidentally, this game was originally called Dashin' Desperadoes and it was released on the Genesis in the early 90's. There's a reason nobody remembers it.

It seems Backbone are working another title for Sega: Charlotte's Web, which is based, not directly on the book, but the forthcoming Nickelodeon movie adaptation.

I laughed. I bet SEGA got paid to publish it. Who would honestly pay for such a license anyway. Nevertheless, it will be a colossal embarrassment to see Charlotte's Web at the SEGA booth next to Virtua Fighter 5, SONIC the Hedgehog, Yakuza and Phantasy Star Universe this E3. What a contrast, MIRITE????

What starts as a friendly competition between Sonic and Knuckles quickly intensifies as Shadow and other rivals jump into the action. Sonic Rivals allows gamers to utilize boost moves and power-ups to trip, shove, and vault over each other while hurtling towards the finish line at breakneck speeds.
Oh my god! [/quote]

Actually, the people who made Sonic Pinball Party, Jupiter, worked on the two Pokemon Pinball games, which were very successful profit-wise, as well as Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. And for the record, it's not fair to compare this to Sonic Pinball Party; I heard that game was actually good.

I'm kind of bummed about this, simply because I never intend to buy a PlayStationPaperweight, but am somewhat encouraged by the fact that it probably won't be any good anyway.

It's really nice to see that kind of art direction in a Sonic game again, though. It's an easy visual style to get wrong by making it too exaggerated or garrish. (Like Sonic heroes.)

I don't know why, but the first thing I thought of when I saw the Sonic model was the Sonic model from that little 3D part of Sonic Jam. Maybe I was just looking at a bad screenshot.

Funny, because I thought it looked rather like Sonic R.

Exactly, Sonic's model looks redefined...If the Heroes Models looked any good its here on the PSP.

The level design got better, the wooden path ways with grass growing on them, streams and waterfalls, cool plants hanging and stiking out, trees below and above, cave formations, multiple paths. I think the level design looks great from further inspection! still I have to see more.

New character revealed:

Name: OLLIE THE GIRAFFE
Species: Giraffe
Sex: Male
Age: 16
Height: 15.3 feet.
Weight: 175 lbs
Abilities: Skateboarding with jets, electrical horn beams
Weaknesses: Long neck leads to frequent injuries
Likes: Skateboarding, sunglasses, x-treme sports, cocaine, hiphop, tattoos
Dislikes: The Man, Nerds, education, thinking, taste

The most extreme, rival, awesome, skateboarding giraffe in da hood is Ollie the Giraffe! Using his awesome rocket board and electrical spin attack, he's a force to be reckoned with. Look out world, Ollie is coming, numerous neck injuries or not . He's easily identifiable by always being on a rocket board, carrying a basket ball, and sporting his custom tatoos and sunglasses!

They should make a pangolin Sonic character. It's the perfect fit! Pangolins are kind of obscure, they roll into balls, they look cool, what more does the world need?

A pangolin is too original for today's Sonic Team.

Another hedgehog it is!

I like this picture, it reminds me of the good old times..This game has me more interested in its looks than the STH one.

I removed Shadow, and it seems Shadow was the only thing making the picture ugly, take shadow away and you get classic Sonic atmosphere.

Nothing in the PSP lineup has really done it for me yet. Loco Roco and Exit look pretty hot but everything else I might have been interested in has turned out to be some kind of port or is made up of mostly recycled material(Gitaroo Man, Katamari, Power Stone). Some of the games are even being ported to the PS2! (Lumines and GTA:LCS) The PSP has had a weird year... Makes it pretty hard for me to justify a purchase at this point.

Y'know, Just wanted to get that off my chest.
