So this finally died today. Sega couldn't even get that right. It was supposed to be killed off at 9:00am UTC, but Sega decided to do maintenance 2 hours before this time, rendering the game unplayable early.
I just don't understand how Sega took such an excellent mobile game and messed it up so badly. Every part of the game's existence has had some form of mess ups. The worst thing is they actually have other decent F2P Sonic mobile games!!
Sonic Retro user "You-Are-Pwned" is working on an unofficial release, which seems like it will fix a lot of the problems that plagued the original.
