Sahara: i/10 because it's imaginary.

Evidently it's opening night for Sahara so my suitmate and his high school friend decided to go see it and I tagged along for lack of any other plans this evening. I didn't know what to expect since the first I heard of it was 12:30 am this morning.
Basically it's about these ex-Navy Seals turned treasure hunters that go after this treasure while trying to stop an evil plot James Bond style. Each solution these guys come up with become more ludicrous than the previous and it all culminates in a played out climax that I predicted to the very camera angle.
The jokes weren't funny. The action wasn't exciting. The characters were cardboard standees. Mathew's characater is evidently some sort of sociopath who is completely disconnected from reality because he seems to show no real emotion whatsoever. Your generic action hero might get pissed off at the bad guys. He might be horrified by the death all around him. Hell, he might even throw out horrible one liners. Mathew just sort of grins.
The six-fifty was worth it just to get out of the dorms, but the movie sucked. I almost suggested Sin City instead, since it had been out a week, but I had no real interest to see that so whatever.
