Oh yes, I remember seeing this picture a year or two ago. But, I could have sworn I first saw it in full color.

Yeah, I ran into that pic awhile ago on a just-for-the-hell-of-it Google image search. Pretty cool. I looked through the rest of thier site and they have some overall nice artwork(though a good chunk of it is Hentai, so watch where you're browsing it.) In particular, I thought these were kinda neat:

You wanna see some more cool Sonic art? Check this place out.

Listen, JC. I know I'm not a moderator (or for that matter a particularly cool person), but ressurecting old threads is bad nettiquete. Especially if you are just posting to say "sweet" to something someone else said. It's called spam, mate. When you boost a thread up to the top of the page, you should only do it if you have found something so awe inspiringly amazing you have to share it. Even then, it may be better to make a new topic anyway.

Apologies, we return to our regular services.

On a related, note, a friend showed this to me a few days ago - if you dig that sort of PPG artwork, this is pretty nice:

http://bleedman.deviantart.com/gallery/

I'd suggest you start at the beginning of the fancomic, it starts on like, page 2 or 3 of his gallery. Really well drawn.

Aah, the bleedman!

That comic did indeed kick ass, BTW.

I've seen the Sonic pics; it's a kinda retro feel, pre-SA style that looks like a combo of WB and Sonic Adventurer's styles. But as for this Bleedman guy...Oh My Frikkin God...ANIME PERFECTION!!! WHY THIS GUY ISN'T WORKING IN COMICS OR ON A CARTOO NETWORK CHOW, I WILL NOT UNDERSTAND, BUT HE HAD PERFORMED GREAT MIRACLES ON MY EYES:
  • 1) HIS ANIME-LIKES STYLE AND FLAIR MADE ME ACTUALLY LIKE THE PPG...AND I HATE THE LITTLE FREAKS.
    2) HE MADE COURAGE THE COWARDLY DOG, THE POSTER-CHILD OF FUGLY...KINDA CUTE
AND FINALLY 3) HE DID THE IMPOSSIBLE BY MAKING SAMURAI JACK...EVEN COOLER THAN HE ALREADY IS!!!

Easy on the caps lock, homeslice.

Although that is some anime perfection right there, sir.

I wish really godly there was a TV show like that. I wish it! Make it so! NOW! The awesomeness is untold. See what the Cartoon Network could have made, but now we have crap from pros while some fans create gold. WTF

It's called merchandising...it's the reason why the PPG are still alive, Dexter has been castrated by one of the PPG's directors, Courage is gone, Johnny Bravo sucks again, and why Samurai Jack is getting canned just because Gendy Tartokovski wants to suck Jedi...umm well you know

Damn, Cartoon Network has too many originals now. They've almost pretty much cancelled all the good shows. Instead of making a bunch of new crappy cartoons, they should concentrate on making good current ones like Courage, which is kickass, and heck, my mom even likes Samurai Jack. Oh, and I guess KND is alright. But shows like Dexter's Lab and Johnny Bravo should continue to live in quality.

They should. However, CN is too busy kissing superpowered girl and golden monkey asses to care (for those who don't know, that's PPG and The DragonBall series respectfully) But that's why we have the god-graced Adult Swim to help us through our darkest Fridays induced hours (WHY LIVE ACTION HOSTS CN? WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!). I miss AS  ... My new comp is better and faster but it doesn't let me enter the boards at AS...and I was getting popular

The other cartoons aren't gone, they're just... not on right now. CN's seasons are very odd. Even SciFi's system makes more sense.

They're ripping off of Nickelodeon, which sucks now. It USED to be cool years ago though.

You ever wonder if Nickelodeon didn't really change, it was just us who grew up? Cause I know lotsa little people that love Sponge Bob and that Rocket Power show.
