Talk about your favorites here. Whether it be movies or music... How about games and hobbies?
Like for me, One of my favorite bands is A Perfect Circle. Now i know they are just a so called "supergroup", but they are alright, or at least i think so, anyway. Currently listening to their Mer De Noms album.
Favorite game would have to be Not Sonic, right now the Final Fantasy X game is owning my soul right now. I'm no fanboy or hardcore RPG gamer, but this game is good.

Favourite StreetFighter guy: Dan Hibiki. This guy slaughters all. Yatta-Zee!
Favourite Pokémon: Hypno. Yeah.
Favourite Sonic Zone: Red Mountain playing as Knuckles.
Favourite band: Manic Street Preachers. The wierd Communism is easy to ignore because their lyrics are impossible to understand. I've all their albums. Including their Best-Of, which was in last Christmas's round of Best-Ofs. Saves me switching cds.
Favourite T.V programme: I don't watch t.v. Sky News, I suppose. Or the Simpsons. Can't think of anything elseI've seen lately. Nickelodeon must burn.

Favourite Pokémon: Hypno. Yeah.
The pedophile Pokemon.
Seriously. It hypnotizes children and then runs off with them. It's actually a plot point in FireRed/LeafGreen. Very creepy. It put me off Hypnos and Drowzees for good.

'Atta boy.
I got into an argument with my theatre professor yesterday over The Beatles, actually. See, we all had to give a presentation about a favorite
something (movie, book, band, etc). Naturally, I chose the boys from Liverpool.
I was just starting the presentation, giving a little bit of a background of the band and the members, right? You know, "Lennon was a bit more introverted, a bit more politically aware than the others; Harrison was the spirtual one, very interested in Eastern philosophies; McCartney was, aside from being the one all of the gals wanted, the most musically talented and kept the group together during the later years; and, of course, Ringo was just some dude."
Well, he barely lets me finish my sentence before challenging the claim that McCartney had
any musical ability at all, spouting off his revisionist history that he was just lucky that he hooked up with Lennon and Harrison.
Which is just blasphemy. I mean, sure, his solo career sucked, for the most part (he even had the gall to cite "The Girl is Mine", which was sort of hard to argue). But Lennon's sucked harder. And Lennon is probably my favorite of the four of 'em! But let's face it, Lennon was a pretty clumsy guitarist and, if anyone was lucky to have hooked up with anyone, it was Lennon. His musical skills couldn't keep up with his creativity and his solo work shows it.
I'm not shitting on the other two; just that I can't believe someone could honestly think McCartney
wasn't a vital ingredient in the Beatles' success.
What sayest thou?

That episode of the Powerpuff Girls? Where every other line in the episode was a Beetles lyric? That was great.

I haven't seen it, but I'd be shocked if they didn't use the line "everybody's got something to hide except for me and my monkey" in the episode.

The Beatles are just so... broadspread that you have to like them.
Anyone who can do Don't Let Me Down, Helter Skelter, Everybody's Got Something To Hide 'Cept For Me and My Monkey and She's So Heavy, all in 3 years, deserve to be called the greatest band in the world.
Slight fanboyism aside, I do like to listen to their other buddies in the invasion (The Who, The Rolling Stones) whenever my sister doesn't yell at me.
Oh, how she yells about my choice of music.

Yeah, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and the Who kick ass. Don't know too much about the Rolling Stones. Oh and that was a pretty good Powerpuff Girls, the rest of them suck though.
