Watch Fullmetal Alchemist
This Saturday, Fullmetal Alchemist debuts on Cartoon Network at midnight. This is, without doubt, one of the most monumentous shows to hit the stations since... well, ever. We're talking Cowboy Bebop-level greatness here, people. Every single one of you must watch it.
That includes GG! and NT.

Dude, do you see the option where you can change people's titles? No? That's because moderators CAN'T. So even barring the fact that you have the memory of a goldfish you could have at least figured out what was going on far enough to blame Holic for it.Pepperidge wrote:And Del, you misspelled "pompous".

Well considering the PS2 version of Joe is just a better version of the GameCube original I'm guessing it is very good. Hard as fuck, but very good.
And what is the deal with none of you playing video games anymore? I've always found myself having more time when I'm busy cause I am more organized because of it.

Eh? I heard the frame-rate is slower in the PS2 version but if you like Dante then I guess you should pick it up.Light Speed wrote:Well considering the PS2 version of Joe is just a better version of the GameCube original I'm guessing it is very good. Hard as fuck, but very good.

And from the 31 episodes I've seen of FMA it defenately kicks the ass out of every anime that aired on Adult Swim--except for FLCL and Cowboy Bebop which is probably equal to it.
Guuuh... HAL JORDAN!!!
Talking about Dante, HAL JORDAN!!! and NGC, do you know anything about that "oh-so-rumored" port of Devil May Cry 1 for the NGC???

It changes depending on the quality of the anime. Even in the very best anime, the content of filler is usually 40% of the series.
The very wost anime uses filler 90% of the time and the plot only advances one step for every 10 episodes (Dragonball Z and Season 3 of Pokemon - I'm looking in your direction).

I still love games, though the way I play them now is completely different from how I used to. It's really not "just for fun" anymore, nor should it be. When I play a game now, I tear into it critically and technically like a movie buff would investigate a renowned director's latest film, or an art patron would pick apart a painting. I've also become extremely interested in the history of games, hence my voracious appetite for old roms.
51 episodes is feasible if it's a very episodic series. Though when I hear the words "TV series", I become automatically repelled...How much of those 51 episodes are filler?
