Looking for some Shuffle icon art, that of Super Sonic. I already got his win and loss icons, which you can see here:

Now, there's one last icon that I need to get: his default one on the Sonic gallery in the Sonic room. Anyone have that one?

Tan eyelids, fur-coloured eyelids, tan eyelids, fur-coloured eyelids, tan eyelids, fur-coloured eyelids...
So back and forth.

Doesn't look like an "angry" face, so much as it looks like a "Tails left a smelly present in the flower garden" face.

Exactly what I'm looking for, though it is in a lower quality than the ones I have.
Oh well. Thanks very much.

Sonic's eyelid's haven't been switching back and forth yet, I think. They were still tan in Sonic Shuffle.

The eyelid shift didn't happen until Sonic Adventure DX, and I still refuse to accept it.

Knuckles' eyelids were red in Sonic Adventure, but tan in Sonic Adventure 2. I think they're back to red again nowadays.

They were originally tan in Sonic & Knuckles. I don't remember them being red in Adventure...

Disney keeps on doing the same thing with it's characters. Goofy's body keeps on switching back and forth between being covered in black fur, and being caucasian.
Of course, I think the whole "slapping patches of caucasian skin on anthropomorphic animals" thing is very bizzare and clutters up and confuses designs. It's also kind of racist in a very vauge way.

I don't mind the skin....Although, on the topic of racism, are all cartoon characters supposed to be white?

'Caucasian' Goofy only lasted in the cartoons from the late 40's/50's to mid 90's during the
Goof Troop series years. 'Classic Goofy' seem to be only used in merchandise during that time and the look finally became permanent in animation and video games since the first Goofy movie. Same thing happened with Pete.
Although Disney seems to be content with keeping their sons in a 'caucasian' look.
And oh yeah,
Sonic's and Amy's flesh colored eyelids > Sonic's and Amy's fur colored eyelids
Still, it could be worse. They could have colored Sonic's arms blue.

Or even worse, coloured Sonic's legs tan. Some hack did that in at least one ancient issue of STC. Needless to say it looked godawful.

I've been doing a paper on the history of animation. If you take a look at some of the horrible racist stereotypes in cartoons during the 40's, you'll pretty much wish all cartoon characters were white (in a non-KKK-sounding way, I mean). I mean, damn, they were just flat out
harsh.
There must be billions of cartoon characters by now, and I swear over 2/3 are not straight, white and able-bodied for the sake of that stalwart foe, political correctness. If you watch any vaguely modern cartoon, there's at least one black guy, one hispanic guy, one chinese guy, and probably someone in a wheelchair. Cartoon producers are so deathly afraid of being politically incorrect now that they've overcompensated to the extreme. I mean, as a kid, I didn't need Saturday morning cartoons to tell me I should be friends with one person from each, and I choke as I use this tired phrase, "ethnic minority", because I live in a racially mixed country and I've grown up with friends of all races and religions.
Everyone tries too hard nowadays.

The episode of The Powerpuff Girls where a bunch of kids in said minorities become super heroes was great.

Yeah, that episode was cool. My seven-year-old sister says she's grown out of Powerpuff Girls, it's so sad.
