A New Earth for my Pocket
So I found a Neo Geo Pocket Color brand new in-box at a thrift store for super cheap and snapped it up(cuz I mean, it links up with the Dreamcast dude). I'm not sure what to do with it now... I'll bet it's not exactly a sought-after collectors item so I may as well take it out and play some games with it. Anything worth hunting down? I know Pocket Adventure is supposed to be pretty rad, and a couple of the portable fighters are apparently good despite the whole 2-button thing. Is there even a handful of games worth getting? I'd be nice to enjoy this little piece of history.

SNK vs. Capcom. I remember that game being pretty cool. And maybe SNK Gals Fighters is cute if you want to see chibi versions of the King of Fighters girls beating the crap out of each other. There's also two Metal Slug games, but I never played them.

Ah yeah SNK VS Capcom. Looks as though that one is most notable of the fighters. And I guess the Shadow Hearts guys made their first game on this thing? Color me intrigued. I'd probably pass on the Metal Slug games. I'm sure they're fine, but I have Metal Slug Collection, and playing a Metal Slug without the same visual fidelity or 5's Rockin' tunes would feel a bit lame.
I'll update sometime soon after browsing a few old game shops!
Oh and I meant "It'd be nice.. etc." but edit limit and such=P

I'd like to hear some impressions of Faselei!, which only came out here after the system had died. There was even a review in EGM, and I looked all over the damn place for it to no avail. I think it's pretty common now thanks to them selling off the remaining NGPC consoles/games in package deals a few years back.
