Probably old news to most, but an icon from the day's when Sonic was still memorable and fun as died. Whether you loved Satam or hated it, he was a man that was all but willing to participate in the community.

I wanted to call this thread Ben Hurst, Ridin' the hurst, but something pulled me back. He will be missed by most.

I was going to say something along the lines of "and nothing of value was lost" but that's just straight up disrespectful.

No matter how much you shove off his work (I'm not a Satam fan), you can't get beyond the fact he cared for the community he's built. That's what I like to see in an artist.

Now, if that cocky, dumb-fuck Iizuka hit the ground, I'd throw a parade and possibly start believing in a higher power.

I loathed the Saturday morning Sonic cartoon series, but dang. Even I feel bad about this.
