New Mega Man crossover game teased. But I really want to talk about this commercial. Does Capcom think people read CAD? Do Capcom employees read CAD? Are they forced too against their will?

CAD? what does this have to do with CAD at all? I was under the impression they were drawing inspiration from robot chicken(which is trash btw) more than anything.
Anyway the whole thing looks really ugly. For a franchise like megaman, which is charming because of its purely Japanese aesthetics, this is a really bad decision art wise. Assuming of course that this trailer has anything actually to do with the game.

The faces, really. They look like something taken directly out of Buckley's copy/paste pool.
Also if this is a giant 2D Capcom crossover game I approve.

The comparison with CAD is forced at best and just made your thread title and first post confusing.
The characters in that clip don't look specifically like CAD characters, they're just generically poorly designed and unappealing, it just happens that the characters in CAD are also generically poorly designed and unappealing.
Now let's stop talking about a bad webcomic.

The trailer was dumb and failed to pique my interest in the game whatsoever. They should've just showed some gameplay instead of this stupid shit that is pretty apparently ripping off the LBP intro concept, except without any of the charm.

Regardless of what anyone thinks about the aesthetics of that teaser, it doesn't likely have anything at all to do with the game proper. Which is part of the innate ridiculousness of teasers in general. (Though I do think they did a great job of capturing a stop motion look with CG.)
Anyway, wasn't this already confirmed to be that Korean MMO game?

First of all, thank you.
Second, that Korean MMO was a different game based on the X universe called Mega Man Online. This is something brand new, and although everyone is under the assumption that it's some sort of MMO, it still hasn't been confirmed as to
what it is.

Inafune was very enthusiastic about Mega Man Powered Up's level designer feature, so that wouldn't surprise me at all.
