Not a big Abrams fan and this was an initial turn-off to me. But, apparently Genndy is on board, and there certainly are far worse producers out there.
Still have a hard time getting around not having Mako voice Aku.

I remember Genndy Tartakovsky saying something about finishing the series with a feature-lengh movie or something like that.
