It's sort of Sonic related (and no I don't work for SEGA). I hope this isn't old news. Sega has this new online Gametap clone thing called PlaySEGA, and right now it has a bunch of Flash games, and Genesis games (quite possibly emulated by the shittastic DotEmu). There's a free service, but there's also a pay-per-month VIP thing.
I wouldn't normally be interested but here's the thing: If you sign up for a 3 month subscription of the VIP service now (and unsubscribe after that) they give you a SEGA Saturn USB pad!
I dunno if these are the same pads that you can get on eBay for $30, but if they are, that's AWESOME (The Sega USB pads are pretty much identical to the actual Saturn pad except for a slight difference in D-Pad feel, at least to me).
Here's the link:

Once again, I don't work for SEGA, I'm not getting anything from them for linking you (cash, referral points or otherwise), I'm just saying if you play your cards right you can get a PC Saturn pad. Check it out.
EDIT: I should also mention that if you care about the crappy Flash emulator service part, they don't have Saturn games yet. I agree, copout on SEGA's part.
This may or may not be worth your time.

Hey fuck it, after you register for the free trial it tells you you can get additional joypads for $12.95 each plus shipping. Just do that.

Just go to eBay and pay the same, except with free shipping and no ugly logos. They are not 30 dollars.
Also the emulation is pretty good there for people who are too 'slow' to understand emulators on their own.

What's so hard about emulators? Download the program, download the ROMs, download the BIOS (if applicable), set up your joypad configuration, set up your resolution and sound, and load your ROM.Kogen wrote:Just go to eBay and pay the same, except with free shipping and no ugly logos. Then again, maybe there ARE people who can't do this. I doubt it, though.
