Wow, I like how it's stylistically nothing at all like the first one. Can't say I enjoyed the first one very much, nor do I anticipate buying a montion plus, but I wouldn't mind giving this game a try.

The graphics and art style really remind me of of the next gen Prince of Persia that was released. Then again it's the same company so I'm not too surprised. it also gives me No More Heroes vibes as well...

Did people forget this was like the most horrible launch title on Wii? It is funny how far a hype campaign can go for selling crap.

Yeah, but aside from being in first person and sharing the same title, it looks nothing at all like the first game, which already makes me more optimistic about this one. Granted that video shows next to nothing and really just serves as hype, but if it's any indication for the final product then color me interested.

I can already foresee problems switching between weapon styles seamlessly, and I predict that the swordplay will end up being clunky and repetitive, not unlike the first one.

I seem to be the only one who actually enjoyed Red Steel. Don't get me wrong, it was god awful. But that's what makes it so beautiful.
I remember many a good day of pissing my friends off by hiding in a broom closet sized room, closing the door behind people who entered, and throwing a grenade straight down, killing both players. Yes, you did not lose points for suicide.
Also, everyone is hilariously bad at the game due to the terrible controls, everyone ended up screaming hysterically while trying to aim.
Good times.
On a side note, the "For internal use only" watermark is starting to disturb me...
