I always dreamed this day would come; the day when I finally came across The Absolute Greatest Thing Ever, something so astoundingly, inexplicably awesome that words cannot even begin to convey the true nature of the subject in question, as it exists on a plane of being several orders above ours- a realm where concepts such as speech and intelligent thought are completely incapable of articulating themselves, whilst our most visceral needs are not only completely tangible, but amplified, and tantalized perpetually.

There really is no way to describe this. It must be experienced.

Oh, and it should probably be said that this movie sports sublimely copious helpings of violence. And sprite nudity. And it will give you a seizure- you might think it's the flashing lights, but really, it's just your skeleton trying to forcibly eject itself from your body because it can't withstand the sheer amount of awesome, so it's okay!

Seriously, guys. The preview isn't all that fantastic, but it'll all make sense if you'd just watch the full movie. Look, here's a few incentive spoilers: It features Picard, Alf and Freddie Mercury fusing to create The New Ultimate Jesus. There's a little girl who squeezes rays of blood out of her tits towards the end. Just give it a chance.

Paul is pretty awesome. Pirate Baby was a pretty big highlight of the 2006 Spike and Mikes.

I remember seeing Pirate Baby's Cabana Battle Street Fight 2000 in a national meeting of design students, and finding it pretty awesome. Then I got home and downloaded it.

Screw the haters, I liked it. Also, it makes me wish for some brand new 2D game with that level of animation and insanity.

Just watched it. It's AWESOME. There's a couple of people in the Ultimate Jesus I couldn't recognize, but Alf's there, and that's enough. I think I still prefer Pirate Baby, maybe because of its linearity that makes it more like a real game.

I'm also pretty sure I saw Ash Ketchum and Phoenix Wright in that "ultimate Jesus" montage. Although, given the crappy quality of Google Video's compression, it's pretty hard to tell.

Oh, and this movie made little to no sense.

Liked it, but it kind of lost my attention around the end. Also, I was expecting Bikini Bible-Chan to come out of the cross.

I watched pirate baby and it was one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen (though it was technically well done, AND IN BLACK AND WHITE!) judging from the preview clip for KOP I see no reason to subject myself to it. That and the seizures from the flashing are a pain.

Pirate Baby was really enjoyable. I'll have to check out KoP4B% sometime.

I enjoyed Ritz's description of the video in question a lot more than the actual video.

Still, KoP4B% was pretty entertaining. Kids need to be able to kick ass in real life.

Against all logic (that is, as always) I downloaded the AVI, which looks far better than the terribly compressed Google Video.
Thank God I saw it in windowed mode. The amount of effort put into it is quite respectable...
