I've had the flu since Friday. This is the first time in my life I've ever had the flu, and it isn't much fun once the novelty of unrelenting fever wears thin.

Some two months ago I was diagnosed with chronic tendinitis in my left elbow. It hurt like fuck.

I have a runny nose.

I'm practically deaf in my left ear right now. I'm hoping it's due to some sort of congestion, but it's been like this for over a week, and it won't go away, and I'm too lazy to go to the doctor to get it checked out, so

I don't care about any of you losers.

WELL I WAS GOING TO SUGGEST THAT WE ALL HAVE A PITY CIRCLEJERK BUT WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT YOU CAN GO WHINE IN THE CORNER WITH FLASHTHD

I had the flu about a month ago and it kept me out of commission for almost five days. Thankfully it happened mostly over a weekend so I only missed a couple days of school.

The best part of the flu is waking up one day and realizing you're all better. It's like being reborn.

I suppose the hallucinations brought on by fever are pretty rad, too.

1000 mg of vitamin C three times a day or that airborne stuff you see in stores, both work very well in my experience.

I beg to differ. This morning I woke up and for the first time in a week my body didn't feel like a rock so the first thing I thought was "Shit, I have to go back to work today."

I like being sick better than I like working.

I just came to this thread to post that today I woke up with a swollen uvula. This is the first time it happened and it is irritating. It's affecting my speech somewhat and worse I'm congested at the same time.

It's the weekend and I'm sick. Cold/flu season sucks.

I used to get the flu like many times.

hell I thought I had the flu this year, but it turned out I had an ear infection...

I woke up this morning (afternoon) and my voice sounded like Barry White's, so I think it's safe to say I've caught something. I've also sort of been congested for like a month or so now. I guess I should see a doctor?

I've had a cold for a few days now. The first time in months. *cough, cough*

I have an infected toe.
