Sonic Eats Rings

Post by Spazz »

Recently, a friend of mine sent a letter to SoA asking if Sonic still likes to eat chili dogs. Here is their reply:

Thanks for writing!

To answer your question: Sonic does indeed enjoy the occasional chili dog (although he still prefers rings). It's safe to say that he enjoys them in moderation now, though: they were just too much of an obsession! We can all learn a lesson from that.

The best place to find out all about Sonic and his friends is at Sonic Central:
http://www.sega.com/sonic

...and of course on the Sonic messageboards, where you will find a community of dedicated Sonic fans like yourself!
http://boards2.sega.com/sega_board/viewforum.phpf=2

As we're sure you know, Sonic and friends are back on television in the animated series "Sonic X". You can catch him on Saturdays on 4kidsTV. You can check it out at: http://4kids.tv/sonicx/.

You can also join his adventures on the page in Sonic X Comics, brought to you by Archie Comics!

Sonic is also saving the world yet again with the release of Sonic the Hedgehog for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 and Sonic and the Secret Rings on Nintendo Wii. Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games is scheduled for release on Wii later this year, but there's even more planned - we're just not allowed to talk about it yet!

As always, to get the scoop on all of upcoming and current releases, go to http://www.sega.com.
Thanks again for your support and interest. Sonic knows that great gamers like you are the reason SEGA is successful!

Good luck, and happy gaming!

Your friends at SEGA
He also got a sticker of the Sonic & Knuckles logo.

Disturbances:

1) Sonic eats rings.

2) When he gets hit, he pukes them back up and then eats them again.

3) I wonder how this writer defines "successful."

But then, in some games killing badniks produces rings... so Sonic is killing enemies, saving the contents of their stomachs, and eating that, too?

Hay guyz, today I'm gonna collect some cookies, a sandwich, coke and probably an icecream, and by the end of the day I'll eat my 30 bucks, puke them, then eat them again! :D

Also, 2 lines out of 17 were the actual (and really funny) response. Way to spam people.

Clearly, he means that there are more Sonic games in development for the Wii, which shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.

SONIC SEZ obsession is a very dangerous state of mind.

Thanks! Say "Hi" to Eggman for me the next time you see him around the office. And give him back his stapler.
