It's dude with rocks growing out of his skin. Not that bad unless you imagine what it's like to be the guy. Then it makes your skin crawl. Unless your skin is made out of rocks. He's got this cancerous reaction to HPV that causes nail and tooth tissue to grow from his epidermis.

I feel sorry for his brother. They're poor so they sleep in the same bed. I think I'd rather sleep on the ground than with my brother who has jagged rocks growing out of his flesh.
