Looks like they decided to hit them with a 3 billion dollar punch, it took them 15 years to gain up the courage to do this

I could never figure out why they didn't do a cross-promotion thing.

I cannot possibly believe that this is real.

"Customers looking to purchase a delicious value menu meal, one of many affordable options at Sonic, may instead accidentally spend $50 on a video game," the Sonic Corporation released in a statement. "This is trickery and deception at its most vile."
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
"It's like our slogan says: Sonic's got it, other's don't. Sega wants to have it, but it can't. We won't let them."
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Ohh, seriously though, they can't possibly be doing this.

Are they being serious? This has to be the dumbest lawsuit I have ever seen and that includes the "McDonald's made me fat" one.
"Sega has been profiting on the Sonic name, and we want it to stop,It's like our slogan says: Sonic's got it, other's don't. Sega wants to have it, but it can't. We won't let them."
It's a little late four that...

"No one would seek to play a Sonic video game in this day and age, and even if they did, they could tell the difference between a large order of french fries and a pixelated fictional character," explained analyst Kim Nijiyakama of Squidge & Ord. "This is the most assinine lawsuit since the time Sega tried to sue the YTMND website."
I think that pretty well indicates that this is a joke.

They even mentioned attempting to use Morse Code to reach Sega. Ah, obliviousness, thy name is internet.

I like the cheese sticks, but I always get into arguments with people who insist that Sonic no longer has cheese sticks.

Damn, I came REALLY close to making a YTMND about this. Good thing I figured out it was fake and pulled the plug before it was too late...
Moral of the story: I'm gullible. Anyone got a bridge I could buy?

Does anybody else think that the Sonic restaurant logo font looks ridiculously smilar to the Sonic font?

Is this some new chain or have they been around in the east for a while? They only started appearing in California a few years ago.
